Dear Members of the Neurodiverse Community,

Today, I decided to write a letter because I wanted to have an open and heartfelt conversation about a concept that many of you might relate to all too well – "ADHD tax." It's a term that might not be familiar to everyone, but it carries significant weight for those in the neurodiverse community, especially those with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). I'd like to shed light on what ADHD tax entails, discuss its far-reaching effects, and provide strategies to navigate its challenges. Equally, I’d love to have an open and candid discussion about this concept that echoes the experiences of many in our neurodiverse community, which ultimately encapsulates the financial costs that individuals with ADHD bear due to the unique challenges posed by their neurodiversity. I hope that upon reading, you’re able to gain some insight on the true essence of the ADHD Tax, its implications, and are equipped with strategies to navigate its impact.
