DiverseMinds is dedicated to serving more than 6000 neurodivergent women and readers. With our resource integration platform, we empower audiences with tips, insights and challenging common misconceptions from the latest health, wellness and beauty research and spark discussion about neurodivergence in women - presented in a fun, engaging way that helps audiences lead confident, healthylives. We envision a world where awareness of gender justice has transformed power and privilege into equity and acceptance for all.

Challenges, failures, health concerns... these chapters do not define me, but they do reflect aspects of me. On the other side, the same can be said about the good stuff, the successes, and the milestones. Our owning it issue is all about settling into whichever stage of life you're at. We look at that journey in a variety of ways, including a deep dive into topics that are typically considered taboo to discuss, such as Understanding AuDHD (page 28). There are many more instances in terms of health, emotions, and so on that you can add to your own list. Consider this an invitation to reflect, share, and develop. Use your main character's energy to your advantage! It's your story, and you get to determine how and where you share it.
